How do I place an order? Browse through the site and click on the 'Add To Cart' buttons to place items in your shopping basket.
When you want to place or review your order click on the 'Your Order' link. From there you can then send your order to us or delete items from your basket.
Payment is then made in full using our secure payment server. |

How do I know you have my order? As soon as we receive your order either by phone, fax or e-mail, we will confirm your order to you the same day. You will then be contacted at a later stage to let you know the delivery status of your order. |

When will I get my order? Sheds and playhouses will take 20 working days or less. Summerhouses take 30 working days or less. This is due to the fact that these buildings are hand-built to order. Log cabins are delivered via a crane-equipped lorry within 20 days of order. Sometimes this may take slightly longer if the cabin of your choice is not in stock. Customers are kept advised of the delivery status of their building at regular intervals by telephone, or in writing. |
